What to wear/bring:
Wear a swimsuit that is comfortable to move in and that will not have to be messed with during lessons. Please make sure all straps are tight and strings are tied.
Sunscreen!!! please apply before you come to lessons. This gives it time to dry and not get rinsed off in the water. You may also wear a rash guard top that would provide sun protection.
Goggles; Coach Alli has plenty of goggles but you are more than welcome to bring your own, Helps if you have your own so your kiddo learns to get comfortable when swimming other places with their own goggles
Swim caps are great for kiddos with long hair, it keeps hair out of their eye while learning.
Swim shoes can be worn but please make sure they are light weight. When their shoes are too heavy it is hard for them to learn how to swim freely.
Towel for drying off after. You are more then welcome to bring a change of clothes, there is a bathroom you can use to change.
